By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Service Guarantee & Corrections

We take pride in our work and want every client to leave feeling beautiful. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we will make it right.

✦All correction requests must be submitted within 7 days of your original appointment.

✦ Corrections are complimentary when the service did not meet the agreed-upon result.

✦ No monetary refunds are issued for services rendered. We offer a complimentary fix within

the 7-day window only.

Product Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our retail products.

✦ Products may be exchanged within a reasonable timeframe if unopened or defective.

✦ No monetary refunds are issued on retail product purchases.

✦ Exchanges are available for products of equal or lesser value.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Out of respect for our team and other clients, we ask for adequate notice when you need to reschedule or cancel.

NOTICE REQUIRED: 48 hours before your appointment

✦ Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will require a deposit of 50% of the full service price to rebook.

✦ This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your rescheduled appointment.

✦ Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice: no charge, no penalty.

Repeat No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellation Policy

Clients who have cancelled last-minute or no-showed 3 or more times will be placed on a pre-payment requirement.

✦ After 3 last-minute cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the full service cost is required to book any future appointment.

✦ This full payment is non-refundable and serves as a booking deposit.

✦ This policy is in place to protect our team & time.

Hair Extensions - First-Time Clients

We want every hair extension service to be a perfect match for your hair type, lifestyle, and goals. To ensure the best possible result:

✦ A consultation is required before your first hair extension appointment at our salon.

✦ During the consultation, we will assess your natural hair, discuss the best method, color match, and length for you.

✦ Consultations can be booked in person or virtually — please contact us to schedule.

HAIR DEPOSIT: 100% of hair cost is due at time of booking

✦ Because hair extensions are a custom, non-returnable product ordered specifically for you, full payment for the hair is collected upfront.

✦ This charge is non-refundable once the hair has been ordered.

✦ The service fee is collected separately on the day of your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

We do our absolute best to honor your scheduled time. However, late arrivals affect our entire schedule and the experience of other clients.

✦ If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we cannot guarantee your full service will be completed.

✦ Depending on the situation, your appointment may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled to a later date.

✦ If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, standard cancellation fees may apply.

✦ Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running behind - we will always try to accommodate when we can.
